About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Associate to work across our core functions - sourcing, logistics, client coordination, and documentation. This is not a siloed role. You'll move between departments based on where the work is, which means you'll learn rapid and have real impact from day one.

If you're someone who figures things out, communicates clearly, and takes ownership without needing to be hand-held - this is built for you.

What You'll Do
- Support active client engagements across sourcing, freight, and customs workflows
- Track shipments, flag delays, and ensure documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BEs) is complete and accurate
- Research suppliers, regulations, or market data as needed by the team
- Maintain trackers, logs, and shared files so nothing falls through the cracks

About You
- 1-2 years of work experience in any field logistics, e-commerce, consulting, operations,



or similar
- Sharp and curious - you pick up new domains quickly and don't need everything explained twice
- Organised and dependable you close loops, not open them
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic tools; everything else we'll teach
- Supply chain or trade background is a plus, not a requirement
