Key Responsibilities
- Install and set up robotic massage chairs at stores and customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and electrical issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of products.
- Visit customer locations for installation, service, and complaint resolution.
- Replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning of products.
- Conduct product testing after installation or repair.
- Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and spare parts used.
- Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Explain basic product usage and technical precautions to customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Follow company safety and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical,



Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical service, installation, or maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
