Job Summary
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Sales Conversion
- Handle incoming leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website enquiries, referrals, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain Digivik's services including:
- Digital Marketing
- Website Design & Development
- SEO Services
- Google Ads & Performance Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Branding Solutions
- Business Growth Services
- Schedule meetings, product/service discussions, and presentations with potential clients.
- Nurture leads throughout the sales cycle and convert them into paying customers.
- Handle client objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for proposals.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client goals and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Maintain skilled communication throughout the sales process.
- Ensure a smooth transition of closed clients to the execution team.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional service requirements.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, proposals, and closures.
