Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, industries, and markets for PEB solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new projects through networking, cold calls, and site visits.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the company’s PEB capabilities and solutions.
- Sales Execution:
- Prepare and present sales proposals, technical presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close sales deals.
- Coordination and Follow-up:
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, and production) to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address client concerns during and after project completion.
- Market Analysis:




- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team to develop new products and improve services.
- Reporting:
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and project statuses.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PEB sales, construction, or related industries (minimum 2-5 years).
- Robust understanding of PEB structures, components, and project cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
