About the Role
- ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable _Assistant Professor - Commerce & Business Analytics_ _to deliver industry-oriented classroom training to undergraduate and postgraduate students at our university alliance campuses in Jamshedpur._

- Business Statistics
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage hands-on learning through projects, case studies, and real-world business scenarios.
- Maintain classroom discipline and academic records.
- Coordinate with university faculty and ICA Edu Skills management for smooth academic delivery.




- Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into classroom teaching.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA (Finance/Business Analytics), or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Commerce, Accounting, Business Analytics, and Data Analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Tally Prime with GST
- Python
- Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or industry experience will be preferred.
