Job Title: Phlebotomist

Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples using proper venipuncture techniques.
- Label, handle, and transport specimens accurately.
- Ensure patient comfort and maintain infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the laboratory team.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- DMLT/BMLT or relevant qualification.
- Experience as a Phlebotomist is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
