Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and online growth.
- Act as an SEO Strategist, planning and implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media strategies, including content direction, audience growth, and campaign performance analysis.
- Oversee website strategy, optimization, and management, ensuring proper performance, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Lead and guide the digital marketing team, including coordination with designers, developers, and content creators.
- Work closely with the technical and development teams to implement marketing integrations, website updates, and analytics tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
- Be capable of executing marketing tasks independently when required.




- Be willing to visit the field, meet partners/clients, and represent the company when needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO strategy and execution.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms.
- Experience in website strategy, management, and optimization.
- Understanding of digital analytics tools, campaign tracking, and performance metrics.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
- Willingness to work both in-office and on-field when required.
