Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Plan effective audience targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Create and optimise campaigns for Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversions.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimisation strategies to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Analyse key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.




- Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking.
- Proven success in executing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Prior experience handling campaigns for multiple clients or agency environment
