- Chrysalis High World School is a current Cambridge International school launching in July 2027 in Gunjur, Bengaluru, on a shared campus with the established Chrysalis High (CBSE).
- The school is in its pre-launch phase and working toward full Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) affiliation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Design & Development
- Develop and structure comprehensive curricula, including lesson plans, course outlines, learning objectives, instructional materials, and assessments.
- Align curriculum with educational standards, competencies, and institutional goals.
- Ensure consistency, relevance, and effectiveness of content across delivery formats (e.g., in-person, online, blended learning).

2. Content Creation & Review
- Write and edit instructional content, guides, multimedia scripts, and e learning modules.




- Review and revise existing curriculum to maintain accuracy, inclusivity, and alignment with current best practices.
- Work with graphic designers, video producers, and e-learning developers to produce engaging materials.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate curriculum review meetings and incorporate feedback from diverse stakeholders.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and department heads to ensure curriculum projects meet timelines and expectations.

4. Assessment & Evaluation
- Design formative and summative assessments to evaluate learner progress and curriculum effectiveness.
- Analyse learning outcomes and feedback data to inform continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in instructional design, pedagogy, and industry needs.
