Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist customers using our AI Chatbot product - QuickAssist. The role involves understanding the product, helping users resolve issues, and guiding them on how to effectively use the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for the QuickAssist AI Chatbot platform
Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage queries
Understand product features and explain them clearly to users
Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with the internal team for bug reporting or technical escalations

Requirements:
Basic understanding of web-based products or SaaS platforms




Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products
Interest in AI, chatbots, and automation tools
Prior technical support experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Note:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
