POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and relationship-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations across the APAC region.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will partner with managers to deliver people strategies that enable business growth while also taking ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Working within a lean HR team, this role offers broad exposure across strategic partnering, employee experience, organisational development, talent management,
compliance, and HR operations.
Success in this role requires solid business acumen, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to delivering practical HR solutions across multiple countries.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and organisational priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with managers, providing pragmatic advice on people-related matters, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and business growth.
- Support regional expansion initiatives, including organisational design, workforce planning, market readiness, and local employment considerations.
