Glenz International Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, responsible, and result-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall HR and recruitment operations of the organization
- Handle end-to-end healthcare recruitment for GCC countries:
- Lead, guide, and manage the HR and recruitment team:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified healthcare professionals
- Oversee Dataflow and related documentation processes:
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and HR-related matters
- Maintain proper employee and recruitment records
- Handle team performance, targets, reporting, and daily HR activities
- Support management in HR planning, policies, and employee-related decisions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager / HR Team Leader / Senior Recruiter:
- Experience in overseas healthcare recruitment,



preferably GCC recruitment
- Strong knowledge of GCC healthcare hiring procedures and recruitment processes:
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Solid team management and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure professionally
- Target-oriented with solid problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Dataflow and healthcare licensing processes will be an added advantage
