Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding loan payments.
- Follow up on delinquent accounts for Vehicle Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Explain overdue amounts, penalties, and repayment options to customers.
- Negotiate repayment schedules within company policies.
- Record customer interactions and payment commitments in the CRM or collection software.
- Coordinate with field recovery executives for cases requiring personal visits.
- Escalate high-risk, non-responsive, or legal cases to the Collection Manager.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of customer information.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with RBI guidelines, company policies, and applicable laws.




- Prepare daily call reports, collection status reports, and follow-up schedules.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) may be considered with relevant experience.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, or customer service.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or Vehicle Finance is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
