You are responsible for the development of high-quality learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning content, in alignment with defined instructional design frameworks and organizational standards, working under general supervision.

The role supports the increasing digitalization of MRI service operations by incorporating software-centric workflows, remote diagnostics, connected systems,



and digital service technologies into learning solutions. The role develops learning materials aligned to MRI field service and installation workflows, including safety, site readiness, installation, acceptance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring relevance to field operations and technical environments. The role utilizes approved tools and demonstrates readiness to adopt AI-enabled workflows and emerging learning technologies, where permitted by organizational policies, information-classification requirements,
and intellectual property standards
