We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Assistant to support our IT Head in managing and maintaining the organization's IT hardware and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and format desktop and laptop systems.
- Install and configure printers.
- Install USB LAN adapters and other hardware peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC hang-ups and other basic hardware and software issues.
- Provide day-to-day IT hardware and technical support.
- Perform basic LAN wiring, cable crimping, signal testing, PC health checks, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware support.
- Diploma in Hardware & Networking.
- Basic knowledge of LAN wiring, cable crimping, network testing, and PC maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
