Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles and industries.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
- Maintain recruitment records and update as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.




- Ability to research and understand new industries, job roles, and talent markets.
- Eagerness to learn and handle recruitment across diverse sectors.
- Willingness to travel within Pune, if required for recruitment-related activities.
- Valuable organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
