CNC Field Engineer - Fiber Laser (UAE Placement)

Narex is hiring 1 experienced CNC Field Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in CNC fiber laser cutting machines for placement across the UAE. The role covers installation, commissioning, programming, maintenance, and repair at customer sites — with fiber laser cutting as the primary focus, alongside plasma cutting machines and CNC press brakes.

Location: Customer sites across the UAE (relocation from India — visa and relocation support provided)

Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, program, and service CNC fiber laser cutting machines — laser source alignment, cutting head setup, optics and lens maintenance, nozzle calibration, and assist gas system checks
- Optimise cutting parameters across material types and thicknesses (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper)
- Program, maintain, repair, and test plasma cutting machines, CNC press brakes, and other fabrication equipment
- Conduct operator training on machine operation, safety,



and daily maintenance at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, laser source, and control software faults
- Interpret engineering drawings and prepare flat pattern layouts using CAD/CAM software (CypCut, FastCAM, or equivalent)
- Prepare maintenance and service reports for each job

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience with CNC fiber laser cutting machines — installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis
- Working knowledge of laser sources (Raycus, MAX, IPG or similar) and control systems (CypCut, Cypone, or FSCUT)
- Experience with plasma cutting machines and CNC press brakes is an added advantage
- Strong CNC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance knowledge
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate to the UAE
