What you’ll be doing

As part of the Vendor Management Center team, you will drive the operational excellence of our vendor partners to ensure seamless network deployment, upgrades, and maintenance. You will collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and field operations teams to track metrics, audit deliverables, and ensure compliance with Verizon specifications.
- Vendor & Backlog Management: Distribute workloads,



track on-time completion, and develop remediation plans with vendors to eliminate project backlogs.
- Data Analysis & Scorecards: Build and maintain Vendor Scorecards at market, regional, and national levels to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Auditing & Compliance: Issue regular audit requests on completed work to ensure strict compliance with Verizon specifications and local codes.
- Invoice Verification: Review and verify vendor invoice accuracy against assigned jobs and unit pricing, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders.
- Project & Team Support: Coordinate project schedules, track risk mitigation plans in Verizon tools, and provide guidance to less experienced teammates.
