_Job Description - Clinical Project Coordinator_

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments, investigators, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record minutes.
- Maintain project trackers, study documentation, and project status reports.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and resolving operational issues.

Clinical Operations Support
- Assist in study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities.
- Coordinate site communications and ensure timely collection of required study documents.
- Maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) and other essential clinical study documentation.
- Ensure study documentation complies with ICH-GCP guidelines, company SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support regulatory submission activities and documentation management as required.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Writing, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain project reports, trackers, and study documentation.
- Monitor project documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Assist in preparing project presentations, status updates, and sponsor reports.
- Maintain accurate records of project communications and action items.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support internal quality checks and documentation reviews.
- Participate in project review meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related healthcare field.
