Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media posts, banners, carousels, infographics, and marketing creatives.
- Create engaging Reels, short videos, and motion graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Research the latest social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Plan and contribute to weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Write or assist in creating captions, headlines, and marketing copy.
- Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing, HR, sales, and development teams to create promotional and employer branding content.
- Edit and enhance images and videos for digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI design tools, and social media algorithms.
- Analyze the performance of social media creatives and suggest improvements.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.

Required Skills:




- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for video editing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of current design trends, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Basic content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
- Freshers with an excellent portfolio and strong creative skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with IT companies or digital marketing agencies will be an added advantage.
