Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Counseling: Understand learner or parent goals, address queries, and recommend suitable courses.
- Pipeline Management: Track daily calls, follow-ups, and lead stages accurately using CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Objection Handling: Overcome customer hesitation regarding pricing, course value, or time commitment with empathy and product knowledge.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
