Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy for the brand.
- Lead online and offline marketing initiatives to build awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Own sales strategy and work closely on revenue targets, customer acquisition, and repeat purchase growth.
- Strengthen the brand’s premium positioning in the luxury and niche lifestyle segment.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and growth channels.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize strategy.
- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and leadership teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Build and manage budgets, track ROI, and report key metrics to leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and align cross-functional teams.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.




- Support sales closures through strategic pitches, customer engagement, and conversion-focused initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- 5/5+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, growth, or sales, with leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of building brand growth and driving revenue in e-commerce or consumer-facing businesses.
- Strong experience in both marketing strategy and sales-led growth.
- Experience in luxury, premium, lifestyle, fashion, wellness, jewelry, or niche consumer categories is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
