Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee files and HR records in both physical and digital formats.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work workplace.




- Address employee concerns and facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
- Assist in performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure company policies and workplace guidelines are followed.

Employee Coordination & Office Management
- Act as the primary coordination point between employees and management.
- Monitor daily office activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and task follow-ups.
- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks across teams.

Recruitment & Placement Coordination
- Build and maintain a database of companies hiring professionals in industries related to our training programs, particularly Civil Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Digital Marketing, and IT.
