Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical assessments, inspections, and verification of civil construction projects.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of roads, internal roads, pavements, and industrial access roads.
- Assess and inspect water bodies, drainage systems, storm water management systems, and water infrastructure.
- Plan, supervise, and monitor the construction of office buildings, industrial structures, warehouses, and utility buildings.
- Verify the quality and structural integrity of weighbridge foundations and flooring.
- Oversee the construction and maintenance of warehouse flooring, loading bays, loading platforms, and heavy-duty industrial floors.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, engineering standards, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, technical reports, inspection reports,



and progress updates.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Conduct site measurements, quality audits, and material verification.
- Identify construction defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations during project execution.

Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction projects.
- Proven experience in assessment, verification, inspection, and quality evaluation of civil infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Road construction and inspection
- Water body development and civil infrastructure
- Office building construction
- Warehouse construction
- Weighbridge foundation and flooring
- Warehouse loading bays and heavy-duty industrial flooring
