Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during OPD consultations, ward rounds, and emergency care.
- Take detailed patient history and perform preliminary physical examinations.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical progress.
- Prepare patients for medical examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
- Assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Coordinate laboratory investigations, radiology tests, and review reports with the consultant.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Assist in emergency situations and ensure prompt clinical support.
- Coordinate with nurses, technicians,



and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control policies, and hospital protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards in all clinical activities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant from a recognized institution.
- Registration/Certification as applicable under institutional or state requirements is preferred.

Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in a multispeciality hospital.
