Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in Export Freight Forwarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries related to export shipments.
- Prepare freight quotations and negotiate competitive rates with clients and overseas agents.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Strong understanding of international shipping,



freight forwarding, and logistics processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is preferred.
