Job Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage boards, dashboards, workspaces, permissions, and views

Workflow & Automation Development
- Automate data transfer, document management, and task tracking processes

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical workflow designs
- Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements

Project & Client Management
- Lead implementation projects from discovery through deployment
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, resolve issues,



and manage expectations
- Support sales and customer success teams during evaluations, demos, and technical discussions

Data & Document Management
- Handle data migration, file transfers, and structured data organization
- Design document workflows including approvals, storage, and version control

Optimization & Support
- Provide troubleshooting, enhancements, and post-implementation support
- Guide clients on best practices, upgrades, and solution scalability

Required Skills & Tools
- Advanced workflow design and optimization skills
- Business process analysis and process development experience
- Data handling, reporting, and document management knowledge
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in operations, process development, or supply chain management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
