Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Understand customer skin and hair concerns and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate products and explain their benefits.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Collect customer reviews and feedback.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain product displays and stock levels.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.




- Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service.
- Positive attitude with solid selling skills.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skincare or cosmetic retail.
- Knowledge of skin types and basic skincare routines.
- Experience using billing software or POS systems.
