We are looking for someone who understands Instagram, Reels, storytelling, local and trending content, and how to convert ideas into engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s Instagram profile and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Create monthly and weekly social media content plans.
- Develop content strategies based on business goals and audience interests.
- Research relevant trends, topics, formats, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Generate ideas for Instagram Reels, carousels, stories, interviews, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Write basic scripts, hooks, captions, video concepts, and content briefs.
- Plan and coordinate content shoots.
- Shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone.
- Guide team members, employees, clients, or other participants during video shoots.
- Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, B-roll, and other relevant elements.
- Create basic social media graphics and carousels using Canva.
- Publish and schedule posts, Reels, stories, and other content.




- Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor comments, messages, audience feedback, and engagement.
- Track content performance, including reach, watch time, retention, shares, saves, profile visits, followers, and enquiries.
- Identify which topics and formats are performing well and improve future content accordingly.
- Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other suitable platforms.
- Coordinate with the founder, sales team, marketing team, videographers, designers, and external partners when required.
- Ensure all content is accurate, professional, brand-aligned, and suitable for the target audience.

Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Instagram Reels, Stories, and current social media formats.
- Ability to create and execute a complete content strategy.
- Good mobile videography and video-editing skills.
- Basic knowledge
