Job Title: Project Manager - HVAC (Chillers):

Experience: 12+ Years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of HVAC (Chiller) projects
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of chiller systems
- Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources:
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders:




- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications:
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates:
- Handle risk management, issue resolution, and project escalation:
- Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and execution partners:
- Ensure successful project closure and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in HVAC industry (Chillers mandatory):
- Strong hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of chillers:
- Proven experience in project execution and project management of HVAC projects:
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects:
- Solid team management and client coordination skills:
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, design basics, and project lifecycle

Preferred:
- Experience in large infrastructure / industrial / data center projects:
- PMP/Project Management certification
