Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Supervise Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) Site Activities
- Coordinate with the Main Contractor, Client, Project Manager and Site Engineers
- Plan, Monitor and Ensure project completion according to the project schedule
- Conduct and Participate in Safety, progress and subcontractor meetings
- Guide and mentor project engineers, site engineers and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project specifications
- Prepare site reports, workschedules, and daily progress updates
- Resolve technical ans site-related technical issues independently
- Coordinate with E&I; Managers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prone experience leading oil and gas petrochemical projects
- Solid problem solving and decision making abilities
- Capable of managing multiple site teams
- Ready to join immediately
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical industry
- India, Gulf or Singapore oil and gas, petrochemical project experience prefered
- Strong leadership and tea management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹250,000.00 per month
