Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and review MEP systems for construction projects.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP services.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Lead site inspections, progress meetings, and client interactions.
- Mentor junior engineers and oversee contractor performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10-20+ years of experience in MEP engineering and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection,



and building services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office. Knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant national and international codes and standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
