Job Purpose

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting company-provided leads, understanding customer requirements, promoting the company's products and services, generating sales, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact all leads provided by the company on a daily basis.
- Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available solutions.
- Generate enquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers until closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate call and customer details.
- Maintain proper records of follow-up calls, quotations, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate technical issues to the concerned department.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.




- Submit daily call reports and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company data, customer information, and leads.
- Use company-provided SIM card, data, and calling resources only for official business.

Daily KPIs
- Number of outbound calls completed.
- Number of customers connected.
- Number of enquiries generated.
- Number of quotations requested.
- Number of follow-up calls completed.
- Number of sales orders closed.
- Daily sales value achieved.
- Daily report submitted on time.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Robust negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
- Minimum: HSC / Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in Tele Sales or Customer Service is preferred.
