Job Title: Assistant Store Manager - Jewellery (International)

Location: Jaipur

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our international jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily showroom operations and achieving operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to domestic and international clients.
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, team supervision, and store performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure proper inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and after-sales service professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling premium or international clientele is preferred.
- Robust leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills.
- Graduate (MBA or relevant qualification is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
