Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries.
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, portals, walk-ins, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call logs and update lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
- Address basic customer queries related to projects, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
- Follow up with customers who missed site visits or are undecided.
- Generate reports on lead conversion, follow-up status, and appointment schedules.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the pre-sales process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
