Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and execution-focused HR Executive whose primary focus is to build a positive, engaging, and high-energy work culture while supporting core HR activities.

Experience
- 3-4 years of HR experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities (Fun Fridays, games, team sessions).
- Organize celebrations, team-building events, and reward & recognition programs.
- Conduct 1:1 employee interactions to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure a motivated, active, positive, and disciplined work environment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and basic HR operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen workplace culture.
- Drive employee participation and execute HR initiatives effectively.
