Role Overview

The Head of E-commerce will own the complete online business for across:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Myntra
- Ajio
- Nykaa Fashion
- Tata Cliq
- D2C Website (Shopify)
- Quick Commerce (future expansion)

This role requires a strong blend of:
- Marketplace expertise
- D2C growth understanding
- Performance marketing knowledge
- Team leadership
- Inventory & operational planning
- P&L; ownership
- Startup execution mindset

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Own complete E-commerce P&L;
- Drive revenue growth across marketplaces and D2C
- Achieve sales, ROAS, contribution margin, and profitability targets
- Build monthly, quarterly, and annual growth plans
- Identify new growth opportunities and online channels

2. Marketplace Management
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, etc.
- Improve:
- Sales performance
- Listing quality




- Conversion rates
- Visibility
- Organic rankings
- Drive platform advertising strategies
- Handle marketplace negotiations, campaigns, and visibility plans
- Monitor account health, pricing parity, returns, and ratings

Marketplace scaling, pricing strategy, and digital channel ownership are core responsibilities commonly expected from ecommerce heads in high-growth brands.

3. D2C Website Growth
- Scale Shopify D2C business
- Improve:
- Website conversion rate
- User experience
- Average order value (AOV)
- Customer retention
- Work closely with marketing & design teams on:
- Landing pages
- Campaigns
- CRO
- SEO
- Customer journeys

4. Performance Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with Meta & Google Ads teams
- Monitor:
- ROAS
- CAC
- Conversion Rate
- CTR
- Revenue contribution
- Ensure marketing budgets are optimized profitably
- Drive data-based decision making
