Position: Business Development Manager - RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company)

Location: Kankanadi Branch, Mangaluru, Karnataka

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 10+ Years in RESCO Business Development

Salary:₹90,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience and current CTC)

Joining: Immediate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for RESCO projects across India.
- Identify and acquire recent business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, EPC partners, developers, investors, and government agencies.
- Lead project feasibility discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and project execution teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy industry.
- Prepare business proposals,



presentations, financial models, and project bids.
- Achieve business growth targets and contribute to the company's long-term expansion.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in RESCO Business Development is mandatory.:
- Strong understanding of the Indian solar and renewable energy market.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale solar projects under the RESCO model.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
