responsibilities:
1. Act as the point of contact for companies during placement drives.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between students and client HR teams.
3. Collect and share feedback with students and companies post-interviews.
4. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for each placement event.
5. Assist in improving student readiness based on industry expectations.
6. Coordinate between students and company HR for placement-related activities
7. Understand industry hiring needs and align them with student profiles
8. Manage campus placement drives, including planning, execution, and follow-up
9. Handle daily student queries and support issues related to training or placement
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
