A. SPM Diving Operations
- Coordinate diving activities associated with SPM operation and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate diving manpower for scheduled and emergency SPM activities.
- Coordinate with the client/port marine department for diving requirements and work schedules.
- Ensure appropriate diving personnel are available for planned operations.
- Monitor operational readiness of diving teams, equipment and documentation.
- Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of diving personnel.

B. Manpower Management
- Maintain an updated manpower roster for divers, supervisors and other offshore personnel.
- Plan crew deployment, rotation, leave and replacement requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance and offshore deployment.
- Ensure personnel hold valid competency certificates, medical fitness certificates and other required documents.
- Maintain records of training, certification, competency and medical validity.
- Arrange timely replacement of personnel whose certificates or medicals are expiring.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
