Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD).
- Ensure efficient patient registration, consultation scheduling, and appointment management.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, diagnostics, pharmacy, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Monitor patient flow and reduce waiting times to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and guide the OPD team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality protocols.
- Prepare departmental reports and monitor operational performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and departmental records.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an OPD Head in a hospital.




- Experience in a multi-speciality or cardiac care hospital will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
