Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Fresher and 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
