About Weezy

Weezy is building India's going-out fashion brand. We design clothes for the 20-35 crowd in Tier 1 cities — the shirts and tees you wear when the plan is dinner, drinks, a date, or a night out. We sell on our own website plus Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion and quick commerce. Small team, fast decisions, zero bureaucracy — you'll work directly with the founder.

The Role

This is one role that owns two connected engines: growing Weezy's Instagram and running our creator collaboration machine. You'll find the right creators, get them to make content with us, turn that content into growth on our page, and design the creatives that fill the gaps in between - using AI tools aggressively at every step. What You'll Own

1. Creator engine (GTM through influencers & content creators)
- Find creators worth working with — including using Meta Ads Library to spot creators already running paid/barter collabs with Gen Z focused quick fashion labels.
- Build and maintain our creator database: niche,



audience, past brand work, rates, sizes, city.
- Track what each collab actually drives: profile visits, website traffic, sales — and decide who graduates from barter to paid to long-term.

2. Instagram growth
- Ride trends fast - audio, formats, hooks and adapt them to a fashion brand without looking cringe.
- Publish creator content as collab posts and squeeze maximum reach out of every piece.
- Grow followers, engagement, and most importantly clicks to weezy.in.

3. Design
- Design statics, stories, carousels, and ad creatives yourself — Canva / Figma / Photoshop, whatever gets it done well.
- Keep everything on-brand: clean, bold, going-out energy.

4. AI leverage
- Use AI tools daily — image generation, editing, copywriting, video tools, workflow automation — to produce more content in less time.
- Bring your own stack. If you've built AI-assisted content workflows before, show us.
