Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Developer | ITSM, HRSD & ITOM
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop,



and implement AI‑driven solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow platform, configurations and customizations.
- Provide expertise on technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow functions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Drive development using agile methodology and software development processes.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and reviewing and aligning to instance health scans.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and prioritized completion of deliverables.

Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform across administration and development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
