Know how to speak the language of business leaders, understand hiring pain points, and build long-term relationships. Bring hunger, hustle, and a deep understanding of how recruitment drives business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment space to offer our specialized recruitment services.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.

Market Research: Continuously analyse the market to spot emerging trends, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies aimed at achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Lead Generation: Leverage various channels (networking, cold outreach, social media) to generate high-quality leads and convert them into paying clients.
