Provis Technologies is hiring a Business Analyst - Pre-Sales & IT Solutions for our Jaipur office.

The role includes conducting requirement discussions, preparing project scope documents, coordinating technical estimations, supporting proposal creation, presenting solutions to clients, and ensuring a proper handover to the delivery team after project confirmation.

We are looking for someone who can listen carefully, ask the right questions, understand business problems, and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery calls and requirement discussions with prospective clients.
- Understand the client’s business, current processes, challenges, objectives, users, and expected outcomes.
- Ask structured questions to identify complete functional and non-functional requirements.
- Convert unclear or high-level client ideas into well-defined project requirements.
- Prepare requirement documents, project briefs, feature lists, user flows, process flows, and scope documents.




- Create Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria when required.
- Work with developers, technical leads, designers, and project managers to evaluate solution feasibility.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare effort estimates, timelines, team requirements, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Identify missing requirements, technical risks, scope gaps, and potential implementation challenges before proposal submission.
- Support the business development team in preparing customised proposals, solution documents, presentations, and responses to client questions.
- Assist with RFPs, RFQs, Upwork opportunities, and other project enquiries.
- Prepare and present proposed workflows, features, milestones, and implementation approaches to clients.
