Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments, including preparation and verification of shipping documentation.
- Track and monitor shipment status, proactively resolving delays, escalations, and logistics bottlenecks.
- Ensure inbound shipments match purchase orders in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and logistics partners for smooth clearance and transportation.
- Work closely with the finance team to verify payments related to import duties, tariffs, shipping charges, and other transaction costs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, customs agents, and vendors.
- Resolve customs, shipping, and quality-related disputes while managing vendor discussions, claims, replacements, and penalties.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of inventory.
- Handle local purchase activities,



including vendor follow-ups, dispatch coordination, delivery tracking, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate documentation, compliance, and order fulfillment for direct USD buyers.
- Manage sales orders, returns, customer complaints, payment follow-ups, and other assignments from top management.
- Ensure all import and export activities comply with applicable international trade regulations.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Higher qualifications preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Import & Export Coordination or International Trade.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust presentation and coordination abilities.
