Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop recent business opportunities in Institutional, OEM, Defence, and Government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers such as DRDO, BEL, HAL, ISRO, BHEL, Defence Laboratories, Government Organizations, and OEMs.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Handle enquiries, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Monitor Government and Defence tenders through GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch for timely order execution.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business meetings.




- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events to generate new business.

Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in Institutional Sales, OEM Sales, Government Sales, or Business Development.
