Role Summary

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting business growth through disciplined communication and execution.

This role requires individuals who are highly consistent, responsible, organized, proactive, and capable of representing the company professionally across all client interactions.





The Telecaller will act as a key communication bridge between clients, sales teams, operations teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Calling & Customer Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally across all business verticals.
- Explain company services, projects, offers, and solutions clearly to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain professional communication at all times.
- Build positive relationships with leads, clients, and existing customers.
- Ensure rapid response time for inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper call etiquette, confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

2. Lead Follow-Up & Conversion Coordination
- Ensure consistent follow-up with all leads until closure or completion.
- Coordinate with sales teams, designers, managers, and operations teams for updates.
