Position: Head of Physiotherapy Clinic

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the physiotherapy department.
- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Supervise and mentor physiotherapists, assistants, and interns.
- Ensure evidence-based clinical practice and high standards of patient care.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Develop departmental protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct staff training and continuing education sessions.
- Manage scheduling patients, staffing, and departmental resources.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families through compassionate communication.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Valid registration with the relevant Physiotherapy Council.
- Minimum 3-6 years of clinical experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, and post-operative rehabilitation is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary teamwork.
